The start of a new year is a great time to assess your goals for the year and set your plans to smash them! The guidance of a coach can ensure you achieve whatever it is you’re after on this health & fitness journey and that you get there safely and with the knowledge to continue this journey! If you need help or support with your training I currently have 2 great offers:
1. Online Training Program ($80 – usually $120)
– This includes an initial online screening, individualised program (delivered through my training app) & a 45 minute PT to go through the program & training app
2. Men’s Group Training ($25/week)
– 6:30pm every Tuesday night I run a small group strength & fitness session for Men to support their training & their lives! This group is all about getting stronger for longer, but having a joke while we’re at it!
– You will also receive a 30min PT every 8 weeks included with your group training
